MB SERIES

MB Series motors are constructed with an inverted rotor and at 60Hz have a synchronous speed of 1800 RPM. The "fly wheel" effect of the increased rotor inertia provides smooth operation with more uniform angular velocity characteristics than other types.

With a power rating of 1/100 HP, MB motors are particularly suited to applications requiring low flutter, direct drive, synchronous operation. Sealed output ball bearing and machined die cast housing are standard. Models listed are designed for 115V, 60 Hz operation. A capacitor is required for operation.

HB SERIES

HB Series are available in three direct drive synchronous speeds: 1800 RPM (1/35 HP), 1200 RPM (1/70 HP), and 900 RPM (1/115 HP). Inverted rotor design providing superior angular velocity characteristics reduces "flutter" to a minimum. Sealed ball bearings and machined die cast housing are standard. Models listed are designed for 115V, 60 Hz operation. A capacitor is required for operation.
